So far we have been enjoying this refrigerator. The only complaint I have is the handles, they have gotten loose but we were able to fix it. I'm hoping this does not become a reoccurring issue.

It's fine except for two issues: water and ice inevitably "dribble" from the door (and even gets water on the floor) and the refrigerator door does not shut automatically.

Shelves hard to open—don’t slide easily. Freezer smaller than other brands of this size. Door doesn’t have the option to control amount it opens—only fully open.

The Whirlpool refrigerator looks great in the black stainless steel with the newer LED lights and has plenty of room for all of my groceries.

Plenty of storage for its size...fan noise as we expected but not nearly as load as reviews indicated. Black stainless is not black-black more black-gray.

Replaced a fridge that leaked at the dispenser. This leaks too & there is no drain. I wipe it several times a day. Also the shelves are not adjustable & I have to keep a standard bottle of juice on the door.

I bought a brand new house in 2020 and this fridge came with it. Every 4-6 weeks i have to move my food into the garage and let this thing thaw out for 24 hrs. Plug it back up and its fine for another 4-6 weeks. Hate it so bad.

This refrigerator has a resistant fingerprint for the kids which is needed for the messy ones

Although it has been difficult contacting the store and scheduling conflicting notices. My fridge was delivered on Nov 7. Geek Squad Tom was the best at noticing me of delivery time and phone when within 15 minutes of being here. Tom and his coworker were great!

The handles are not symmetrical. Tried adjusting but would only give you a little room to adjust

required specific size - this was all had to choose from - features of refrigerator were not all exactly as described on line. Turns out there are different versions of same refrigeratore with same stock number but differerent suffixes at end. Delivery drivers couldn't answer questions about item even when Best Buy sent a second set of drivers out. Difficulty getting charge info entered - apparently Best Buy had computer problems that day. Salesperson was very helpful with sale but should have advised me there were differences.

This side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice in the door has been beyond our expectations. Holds everything we need in an organized fashion

The refrigerator seems to work well. A little small but that is all the space I have for one. Had a little over a year and ice maker and water dispenser all work fine. No complaints except it came with a long smudge across the front which won’t wipe out. That is why the three stars. Otherwise good refrigerator.

Works great. Plenty of storage room and it keeps veggies and fruit cold and fresh. Lots of room in freezer section.

Worth every penny. Functions well and easy to adjust and operate.
