This is a very nice refrigerator for the money. The shelves in the door are adjustable and the LED lighting is great. Runs quietly and hold the temperature. The freezer has lots of space as well. The only con is the door does not swing closed on its own.

The first refrigerator had to be returned because it was heavily damaged. The second one arrived one week later. The lighting inside is not as good as my old Amanda. There is no light in the freezer which was a disappointment and it just looks a little dark inside. Seems to be working fine.

The factory settings are plenty cold. Lots of space in the refrigerator. Cover protecting light bulb is nice. The optional ice maker isn't as good as our old one, I've got to figure out why it only makes 5 cubes at a time. Clear bins for the door make it look a lot cleaner and bright.

Like this fridge but it has had so much condensation inside and a bit of ice buildup in freezer. Tried to troubleshoot but to no success. It has been very humid here so there’s part of the problem, likely. Now that it isn’t so humid, the condensation has dissipated.

I was very happy with the product but the SERVICE was pathetic. NOT ONE PERSON EVER CAME OVER TO APPLIANCES TO ASK ME IF I NEEDED HELP. Not one! I was up and down the appliance aisle several times for a good 10 minutes. I will tell you that many associates were standing around looking at their smart phones of course and talking about their weekend. I was there on a Monday morning. Then the manager didn't believe me when I said there was a sign for free haul off ON THE REFRIGERATOR I WAS BUYING. I had to go show him! He could not even find the frig I was buying. The associate ringing me up has as much personality as a rock. He looked all of 17 years old. Her knew nothing about nothing. This was in Customer Service too because I was buying for TAMU and we are tax exempt. The manager said that sign should not be there but since it was, then he would honor it. It really put him out. He acted like the $15 or so dollars was coming out of his pocket! I was just going by YOUR SIGN! The staff was pathetic as far as customer service and I won't be buying anything there again if I can help it. I purchased my home refrigerator there a few years ago and service was much better. I also bought my flat screen HD TV there a few years ago and service was much better. WHAT HAS HAPPENED? I am disgusted. I won't be back.

I've had the refrigerator for about 2 months and so far it works great. Fridge and freezer stay cold. I only notice that it has a humm noise when it kicks in at night and everything else is quiet. it's not loud, and I only hear it if I happen to be in the kitchen. My only complaint would be that the vegetable drawers are a bit narrow and the small cheese drawer is very small! I cant fit the same amount of food in it that I could in my old fridge.

Great refrigerator for all your daily needs. Definitely recommend.

my main concern when buying this refrigerator was making sure it would fit through the doorways in my house. I live in a 100 yr old house that has doors smaller than are normal in todays houses. this unit had the most storage area for its size of all the refrigerators I checked.

GOOD SIZE FRIDGE FOR A SMALL SPACE. PLENTY OF ROOM INSIDE AND KEEP STUFF REALLY COLD.

Does a great job of keeping food cool/frozen. Lots of room. Only thing that keeps it from a 5 is that it is noisier than the old refrigerator it replaced.

This refrigerator is a reasonable size for an apartment or a small house. It has been very consistent in temperature keeping our cold things cold. The freezer works great. We have experienced some newer brands in recent years and were profoundly disappointed. This Whirlpool is wonderful!!

This refrigerator is one of the best purchases I have ever made! It is very spacious, very quiet, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this refrigerator to anyone who is looking for a new one. The delivery was on time, and the delivery men were careful and did an amazing job.

So far I really like this fridge. We just wanted a basic top freezer fridge and this is it. Purchase, delivery and installation were quick and a piece of cake. Everyone was very nice, especially the 2 men that delivered the fridge and took away the old one. The size of this fridge is great and it seems like you can fit so much more in it than a side by side.

Ordered this on line after my fridge of only 6 years broke. I didn't see the point in spending a lot on something that may not last very long. Whirpool was recommended by the repairman because the quality of refrigerators in general is poor and they don't last very long. Under COVID pandemic, many were sold out and on back order, so I chose this one because we needed one ASAP. It is very simple and quality seems good, however, the monochromatic front is hard to clean and keep clean. Shelving inside is not as sturdy as I would have expected and worry about heavier items.

Large capacity refrigerator and freezer at a very good price, works as expected. Delivery was on time (early, in fact). I knocked off one star for noise but I’m getting used to it so maybe it isn’t an issue.

Did a return exchange on the first refrigerator. The first refrigerator had a loud buzzing sound. Gave it week to break in but loud buzzing sound did not go away. After initiating the return and exchange with Best Buy geek squad, the replacement refrigerator that arrived was way better. No loud humming sound and refrigerator is cold. Happy with my refrigerator purchase with Best Buy. Go with your gut if you think the refrigerator needs to be exchanged. Don’t wait too long. Giving 5 Stars for the customer service I received with Best Buy Geek Squad with the return exchange. Best is to call them instead using chat. Also good experience with the delivery guys.
