I love this refrigerator. It’s much roomier than the last one. The glass shelves and drawers makes it easier to see what’s in it. The adjustable door shelves does wonders when you need more room for your jugs/bottles. Also the deli/meat drawers saves you from digging through the fridge for the smaller items.

I needed to replace a 20 yr old refrigerator and after reading many reviews decided to order this one. I have not noticed the noise others say it makes. To me, it's all good and normal. Lots of space in the freezer!!!

I liked the fridge my mom really needed a new one since the old one was dripping water from the freezer to the fridge area. So I'm really satisfied but when I went in the store to check the fridges out the display had a ice dispenser but when I got mine delivered it didn't have one so buyer beware make sure to ask about it first. I didn't really mind it because it was a big upgrade for my mom . Other than that they didn't have any in store so they delivered it to my house and it had very minor scratches and it seem like it was in storage for a good while, the delivered people where amazing by the way . :)

The product worked very well. It has cooled the food as expected. It is quiet and fit well in our kitchen.

WE'VE BEEN USING THE FRIDGE NOW FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS, AND IT DOES A GREAT JOB OF HOLDING TEMPERATURES IN THE FREEZER PART AND FRIDGE PART WHERE THEY SHOULD BE. ONLY PROBLEM WE'RE AWARE OF IS BALANCING THE FRIDGE SO THAT THE LARGE DOOR WILL CLOSE ALL ON ITS OWN IF YOU LET IT GO. OTHERWISE, IT'S WORKING WELL. WE HAVEN'T TRIED TO ORGANIZE IT YET.

Very quiet, excellent product, I would recommend!!

I used samsung Refrigerator french door style, almost same size. but i had to change it after 2years, because samsung Refrigerator keep freezing the produce inside. i tried to temp. up , but it won't work either. I hope this whirlpool Refrigerator won't have that problem after 2 years. but so far is ok, and the size is more convenient , and bigger inside. It feels that this whirlpool is more well organize inside the Refrigerator.

The price was affordable and it fit my space perfectly. I like the stainless steel and I’m still able to have fridge magnets. Great fridge for me!

This fit my space perfectly. The size of the freezer is large. I did order an ice maker. The handles were easy to put on and the finish is not going to show fingerprints. I would buy this again.

This has exceeded my expectations as the size is perfect for my family and the refrigerator keeps the food very very cold without freezing. Good product for the price

We have owned Whirlpool appliances for as long as I can remember. When the last refrigerator was 15 years old and needed another small fan we decided to replace it with this 20.5 Cu Ft one, essentially the same model. The efficiency was barely better. I would not buy this model again. It is VERY noisy, worse than the 15 year old one with the noisy fan motor. I can hear this one in my bedroom some 35' away. The shelves are much less convenient than the last one we owned, and the drawers are much smaller, so small that they barely hold anything. I gave it 3 stars because it works but like I said, I would not buy it again. The higher efficiency seems to be mostly the LED bulb in it. It runs a lot more than the old one too.

Perfect second refrigerator for the house. Took of 24 hours to reach a steady temperature . Runs quite.

This was not my first choice for a top freezer model. I had wanted a Samsung model but they were all backordered for the size I had wanted. Nonetheless, the refrigerator itself is working fine. I wish that it had a lighted freezer since this is a garage refrigerator.

When this refrigerator is running it is pretty loud, but that is fine for us as we wanted a smaller refrigerator we could put in our garage.

Good quality and size have large frizzer I recommend this fridge

I originally bought the Whirlpool 18.2 cu. ft. model but the freezer wouldn't get below 6 degrees farenheit and freezer door would pop open everytime I closed the refrigerator door. So I returned it and bought this 20.5 cu. ft. model. This refrigerator works great. The freezer got down to 0 degrees within 4 to 5 hours after I turned it on. The build quality could be better. The fit and finish is not great but that's pretty standard for a low end American made product.

WE researched this and other refrigerators before buying this one. The Whirlpool reputation was solid and we liked the style and versatility of the product. We also were very impressed with the contracted delivery service. They were actually a few minutes early. took out the old refrigerator, brought in the new one, and hooked it up within less than 30 minutes. These people were great.

Excellent product, it got screeched and dent at the delivery but is a very good refrigerator

Almost identical to the unit I replace which was 20 years old and still working. I like Whirlpool. Have had this unit for a while now and only complaint is that it is noticeably louder but not excessive. Seems to run a lot, but that is probably just because it is louder.

I love it! It’s perfect for my apartment, not to big just right. The inside is very roomy with versatile shelving.
