The only drawback I have is a periodic latency with the keyboard. It sometimes is slow/non responsive. New batteries helped a little. Recommend turning the keyboard and mouse of when through for the day.

The keyboard is great for the price and offers good key depth and control. 5 stars for the keyboard (2 for the mouse)

My return window has closed so will need to eat the cost and find another avenue. Appearance and ergonomics seem good though.

I had it connected thru the usb dongle from Logitech to a dell xps laptop. Ran tests and troubleshooting measures and nothing worked. I suspect it was a defective piece and returned it to Best Buy. As of today (a week after returning via UPS) I have not yet recd. the refund that was promised on the chat by the service personnel. Waiting with fingers crossed. Hopefully the refund will arrive before arthritis sets in.

My suggestions if you still had this combo would be to download the “SetPoint” software for customization and updates. “Connection Utility” is an available download, which would allow you to reestablish the connection between USB Nano receiver and keyboard/mouse.
