Easy to run and in expensive compared to others

I tried different kinds of beans, and fresh medium-roasted beans work best with this machine. It will also save me a lot of money compared to buying expensive coffee, and it’s easy to learn and use.

Couldn’t find everything they wanted (can’t make large pot of coffee) but it had most including espresso, cold brew, built in bean grinder, lattes, etc. Very happy with the look and functions of this machine especially at the price compared to other models that are over 1k. Makes an amazing restaurant quality espresso martini with the right ingredients, and parents love it.

It will tell you step by step on making a coffee or a espresso. Don’t regret this purchase one bit. Keeps saving me money every month by making my own Americanos and lattes at home.

Hopefully we do not have to return it. Love the machine and the fresh brewed coffee it delivers is top notch. Didnt expect the machine to deliver a cup of coffee this amazing.

Great Coffee, questionable quality and support

The problem lies in the quality of the parts and the customer service. After two months of use, the funnel is broken, and Ninja has no parts available and will not allow a backorder. Their response is for me, the customer, to monitor their website and call back when it's in stock. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a company selling a premium product, and I would advise other to shop elsewhere.

A solid buy

Really hard to find anything negative to say about this machine. The brew group heats up quickly and does not require a preheat shot. We've tested each mode and are very satisfied with the results. Automatic frothing works very well for cow's milk and plant based. Solid product and a great value for the price in a very crowded market. Ninja did their homework.

If it runs out of coffee beans during a grind, it starts over no matter what is in the portafilter. It doesn’t always get the amount of water correct. Drip coffee Sometimes you get 3/4 of a cup sometimes it slightly overflows the cup
