I have had a blast making all types of different drinks. It only took 2 tries to dial in my beans which is so much quicker than my other espresso machine. I recommend this machine to annual and especially beginners.

This product is awesome. If you are just now learning how to use an espresso machine this makes it really easy and produces a high quality expresso shot, along with a bunch of other types of drinks that we're starting to learn how to make. This is a fun gift would be great in an office or at home.

LOVE IT, so far. I'm on my third lb of beans, and the machine has been amazing. My only complaint is that it requires quite some force to lock the portafilter in place. My friend owns that very popular brand that starts with 'B' and she said her filter goes on easily. This machine I need to use both hands to leverage the machine while tightening.

Love how simple is to use!! Don’t have to constantly be measuring to get great coffee. The machine is constantly making sure that the grind is right and not once since the moment we stared using it the coffee haven’t taste sour. bought for my daughter now im jealous. she said the highlight is the cold brew. she said its amazing also you dont have to use the bean grinder if you dont want you can just put ground coffee in but with grinder its best because of the setting for exact amount of coffee to use. Only caveat if you want to be petty is that there is no setting for carafe other than that works great.

Best purchase I’ve made in a while. Thought I wanted a Delongi and had been doing homework a couple of months. Heard about this machine and kinda reluctantly pulled the trigger after reading about problems others were having. We love this thing in every respect! I believe problems most people spoke about resulted primarily from not reading and following directions. Also advise watching YouTube videos from people who know what they’re doing. It’s not difficult at all to use or learn to be perfect at, but you do have to be willing to learn. Don’t just pull it out of the box, plug it in, and expect a Starbucks to appear in your kitchen. There does seem to be some legitimate problems people may have with the grinding motor, but nearly all state that the manufacturer is easy to work with. One negative thing I can mention, if you want items from shark related to this such as cleaning tablets they seem to always be out of stock. Many alternatives are available from other sources.

I’ve been using this coffee machine every day for months. If you are looking for a good machine to make lattes or add more variety in your coffee, just buy this one!

Bought this as an upgrade to a manual espresso machine and this thing is great. As a person who doesn’t want to bother weighing espresso I love that it pretty much does everything for me. Someone who enjoys the process of making espresso might not love this but for me who has small kids and every sec counts this is perfect especially at this price point

It’s pricey, but if you like coffee and espresso and anything in between, this thing does it all. The built in grinder is great and has tons of settings and features to tailor to anyone.
