    This is a significant upgrade to what we had before and so far it is awesome! I wish it came with a 1 page cheat sheet for cooking/reheating. Otherwise it was a great decision.

    Great item to replace both my toaster and airfryer, but it takes some time to get use to cooking with it due to i dont get the same results as i use to with other brands

    Top section could be deeper. Also I put a potato in the top to bake and after 45 minutes was not getting done. Had to put in the bottom. Have to watch or some foods start to burn. I would not buy this oven again.

    The size of this is fine, however because of the split level, the bottom rack is hard to get into, because the door doesn't open all the way unless you have it on the edge of the counter, due to the handle being in between the counter and the door upon opening it which doesn't allow the door to lay flat which doesn't allow you to slide the rack out and it's nmteo narrow to try to grab your food you will burn your self in the narrow space. Also the air fry options are on the bottom rack only instead of the top or both levels.

    Here's the thing. This air fryer works great. Cooks everything perfect. But it's impossible to keep clean. Everytime i pull out the rack to flip anything, all the juices drip all on the glass window. Also the crumb fall all over the counter. Poorly designed.

We recommend removing all accessories from the unit, including the crumb tray, and washing them separately. Use a non-abrasive cleaning brush to thoroughly wash the air fry basket. We also suggest using warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to clean the oven’s interior and glass door.     Did not have a chance to use this product since it came damaged out of the box with a large dent on one side. On top of that, it was a little too large for the space we had in mind.

    Firts the timer it's to short for roasting or baking more then 2 hrs, it's to small, I don't why it's a chiken in the picture, a chicken doesn't fit in this, material it's super cheap, almost impossible to clean.
