The best way I can explain in terms of audio wise, is that it sounds like you're listening to the songs live. 10/10 would recommend and buy it again!

It’s a series of small things: 1) why does it always spell out / say what machine it connects to every time – and why can’t I configure that as an option to turn on/off? Having this announcement EVERY time I connect/disconnect several times a day as it connects to 2 machines makes me cringe when I want to put them on. 2) As I write this review, my sound cancellation that was working just fine (and working great by the way), just decided to stop working – and the ambient sound is not coming in – and yes, my battery is at 100%. That shouldn’t happen. 3) The power on/off button is a issue because it seems unresponsive at times to the power button. 4) Sound quality is good – when it is working, No complaints there. Perhaps I received a lemon…

We value your feedback, and in our latest firmware update this feature has been updated for newer models such as the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen).
Regarding the noise cancellation, you can switch between Aware and Quiet modes by pressing and holding the Multi‑function button. If noise cancellation is no longer working, here’s a helpful guide you can use: https://bose.life/4diLFv0

Not the best out there, but they are all around a solid headphone. Lightweight, great noise cancellation and easily connects to my phone. Set up was easy through the Bose app.

The music that Delta plays when we get on the plane still gets through the noise cancelling. Maybe I just need to understand the settings better. Overall very happy with the purchase. very comfortable.

Everything's Better with Bose

Found in the Returns case at my Best Buy and jumped on them. Everything sounds better in Bose. These are replacing my Apple Air Max and the sound quality is night and day difference.

Spent more than I wanted but totally worth it. The sound is soooo deeply immersive. Compared it with others in the 300 range and for me this just stood out.
