The service was excellent there at the Best Buy in Valentine’s. The young man was very kind.

I had no reason to buy the "new" version but they were on sale, AMAZING!!! Use the "immersive" setting and some light music.

They are a good headphone. They sound good, the work well on phone calls on both sides of the call. But for the price they should be better.

When there isloud noise around you it make crack sounds and hurts your ears literally. Its good to use when its no noise around thats the time that you can have good noise cancellation experience. Also you cannot wear it during the work out or something because it makes your ears sweaty.
