Good quality tv for price. My game consoles look good on it . I dont like the feet but i was hanging it anyways so wasn't a big deal

I bought this TV for my workshop, it is high quality and was a great price.

This is a great smart device! Set up literally only took 5 mins. The WiFi receiver on the device is far superior to the Samsung TV I had before. Samsung took up to 15 mins to come on and boot up. This one is online in under 20 seconds. Great purchase!

Great visuals. For a bargain Tv TCL is good value. Google computer so it runs a lot better than Roku. Faster and more responsive. I’ve been a Sony Bravia fan but man this TCL brand really has me rethinking if I really need to spend $500 more on a tv just because of the brand.

Love the TV, but the remote has a noticeable lag time between pushing the buttons and the TV responding. My seating position is approximately 10 feet from the TV.

What can I say?…..it was a black friday deal that I eventually felt compelled to purchase, so I bought it. I was ambivalent at first because I’ve almost always had Sony or Samsung TVs in the past and with each of those TVs, I was pleased. When I saw this TV, a TCL-Fire, co-branded TV, I was hesitant at first but I was sold on the low price for a 55”. The picture and sound are just “okay”; they aren’t terrible but they are not quality either and it’s noticeable. It has a streamlined remote which is a promising feature compared to the regular 50+ buttons (slight exaggeration) on a regular remote but it falls short and rather than improving the TV watching experience, it disappoints and frustrates. The biggest turn off of this TV to me, is what I consider the co-branding. It’s sold a “special” feature but this “special” feature disappoints, frustrates and alienates. Maybe this stems from it being a Fire TV but I imagine a TCL-Google or TCL-Roku co-branded TV would be equally distasteful. Anyway, want a quality TV? Look elsewhere. Want a good budget TV? Grab this one when it’s on a big sale.

With this price tag, tv is amazing, its easy to setup, pic quality and sound is good.

TCL is a great TV. Purchased for my daughter for Christmas as her old tv turned black with no picture. This TV is fabulous and the sound and color are the best. It’s huge and looks great hanging on her wall. Perfect timing and a good of price. Always shop BestBuy for our TV’s etc… 10 plus if I could. She loves her new TCL TV. GREAT QUALITY….. happy customer again BestBuy

1st the service at bestbuy was great, helpful friendly and fast with my order help load it up. The TV works great it was a good holiday deal. And my son needed a new TV. The tv is awesome have all the features we where looking for.

This tv has excellent colors and audio. I use this on my patio for nascar races and football games so it gets alot of usage and holds up well on my covered patio.

The picture on this TV so clear it’s life like the TV is so light to pick up
