Once I took it back the next day; the customer service representative did everything in his power to help me. I was completely happy with my purchase and service!

My first--and last--TCL television

There are a number of things I like about this set. Easy to set up, the picture is bright and sharp and the sound is absolutely excellent. However, the tint is horrible. I set it up next to my LG and Panasonic sets initially. Screens that came through as brilliant blue on both of those sets are either green or a washed out gray-green on the TCL. I've tried adjusting the settings for HOURS and have tried some of the suggested settings from the internet. I can get the skin tone acceptable, but the sky is always greenish-gray, and background screens for multiple products/commercials that are bright blue on my LG, Panasonic and now one of my Sonys that it's next to, are either too dark (black) or again, greenish-gray. It's almost as if I'm wearing a pair of sunglasses with gray, green or yellow lenses. I can't get anything to be pure blue on the TCL. Unfortunately, this ruins the whole experience. I'm looking for someone to help me take it back to Best Buy for a refund. Except for the delivery fiasco requiring me to take 2 full days off work, I'd pay more to get either an LG or Sony from Best Buy, but at this point, I think it's better to just return it for a refund and go to a different retailer for a Sony or LG. The salesman at Best Buy had highly recommended TCL, so I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great value and quality

The speakers are OK, we use with a sound bar. Wifi signal is strong. Picture is good, not a high definition . A great bedroom tv.
