Now the struggle I had to go through while actively trying to give Best Buy my money a nightmare. Process of ordering these online was almost enough to make me never shop with Best Buy again.

Good, but…

It would better if the volume could be turned up higher though. Unfortunately though, after a while I noticed they were falling out of my ears more and more often. Now I wear them sparingly…

They don't. Even using the "bass boost" feature off the app the sound isn't as good as two other pair of buds that I own, The one really good thing is that they do stay in my ears. A second benefit is the battery life is pretty good. The sound is clear but the tones are lacking.

They are adequate, but they are no Jabra elite 7s

I’m always gonna be biased. So if you like JBL’s, they might be good for you. I do like that you can connect multiple devices.
