The sale price was around 1/4 what Apple's cost when they're at a sale price. Because it's a new technology for me, I've called JBL customer support many times during my 1st week. Unfortunately, some of the earlier contacts were with support personnel who did not advise me completely on how to unpair from my iMac to allow pairing with my android phone and vise versa. Eventually, after around a week, I was able to reach an agent who could patiently explain what I needed to know, and walk me through ut

The microphone is better than cheaper options but still leaves something to be desired especially in louder areas or in a car with the window down. On phone calls, people often had a hard time hearing me clearly. Though it's a small issue, there is no lighting bar to show you how much charge is left on the case. You have to kind guess when it's time to charge again.
