They return the standard depth unit then.

Best Buy keeps hassling me for a review of something that has yet to be delivered. Salesperson said they’re gonna be here for us all through delivery and warranty. They are never around when I call and ask for a delivery date. So you want a review of a nonexistent refrigerator? Try improving customer service while I try and get a refund and order a refrigerator elsewhere.

It works well controlling the temperature of refrigerated & freezer items without over-freezing anything. The only thing I don't like is compared to my 20 yr old side-by-side fridge, this one doesn't have as much freezer space. I do like how much room is in the fridge though. Oh, one other thing, it makes noise, like sometimes it sounds like a womans voice saying something, then it makes knocking noises & other types of little noises, none of which are really loud enough to be bothersome, though. The only time it would be bothersome is if the fridge is right next to you bedroom & you're a light sleeper, other than that it's almost comical~I hear the noises & laugh.

Lots of room in a narrower size and good use with the adjustable shelves and door storage, even with the door ice maker. And it's got crushed ice through the door!!!
