I personally like the fact that this headset does not envelope my whole ear, and people say I sound really clear through the mic. If i were to complain about one thing, i'd say I wish the mic and cord was on the left side, but that's just a personal preference.

But unfortunately low quality materials are used, and even after light use, leatherette is pealing (see attached picture). Contacted support (which used to be one of the best) and was denied. Real shame since all the functions are working well, and sound is good.

You do have a 2 year limited warranty with the purchase of the product that can be claimed to get a replacement sent to you: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024918814-Warranty-USB-Headset-H540. The ear pads start to cause a bit of pain after a few hours of wear. They connect and work with many computers without issue.

He explained what the features are and although this wasn't an expensive item I'll definite be back at Best Buy for any electronics I would need. I think his name is Jake. Thank you

Only negatives are having to have a wire versus a wireless headset. And, I didn't find them particularly comfortable during long periods of usage (several hours). They are on-the-ear style vs. over-the-ear.
