    The gel wrist rest provides great support. I spend many hours every day on a computer, work and home, and I started to suffer from chronic soreness on my wrist. I purchased this mouse pad and wrist rest and I'm now much more comfortable.

    If I must use a mouse again, then I do love my mouse pad. Especially the wrist rest since the granite desk top I use is always so cold! Wouldn't use a mouse without it!
