Budget headset, a slight echo but that could just be a setting that's my fault. Better padding would be nice but again, budget headset. Allows me to communicate during gameplay so can't complain.

The cord is way too long, and it has a USB adapter so the cord is not just long but two cords it’s crazy. It’s ok but I’m not trying to use the headphones on the other side of my house

Great for long gaming sessions. I have these connected with the usb dongle and the mic is way to sensitive. If i adjust the mic settings at all it just stops working.

My nephew asked for this for Christmas. He loves them.

Ive had 2 pairs of these , they sound great but i take mine on and off a lot and they break where the earphones swivel.

Sound quality not the best, but fine for casual music, gaming. Gets uncomfortable after consecutive hours of use. Mic picks up a lot of background noise. Right for the cost though.

We changed them 2xs. Did not meet the approval of a 10 year old. Thank goodness we purchased protection plan. Best buy took back no questions asked!!

I bought this with the intention of using it with my PS4...however, the sound was soft and the headset was a little too snug. I returned it with no difficulty.

So, I bought a Geek Squad Replacement Plan in the event that this headset failed. Logitech's have a tendency for one of the ears to become static filled, but I hoped that buying the plan would give me a replacement. As you all know, Logitech updates their models every year, so when my headset's microphone started to fail (and demonstrably so), I brought the pair into Best Buy for a replacement. I was not offered such, and I was not even offered a like choice instead. I was forced to accept store credit as the only option which is not sufficient to buy any pair. Even though the G433's exist as the current model year, the Geek Squad Protection Plan will not offer this as a like replacement. So, the Logitech G 400 series will last a year or two, but there is no point to buying the Geek Squad Replacement Plan because you will never get this replaced as if it is less than a year, Logitech will take these as an RMA. If later than a year, Best Buy will not replace your broken set with the current model year. This is a decent pair, but I will not buy from Best Buy again outside of using my useless store credit because they do not stand behind their replacement plan which is supposed to be utility rather than just cash value.

It's a little heavy and hot, the problem I have with it is the break's just above Where it Canex to the swivel and the head mount extension

Got this for my kid & it’s ok. It’s about the same quality as the one they got at 5 below. Lots of buzzing sound & doesn’t work on xbox 1. Idk

I saw the reviews that these headphones disconnect randomly and everyone I saw also talked about using the Logitech software which I knew I was NOT going to use and could care less about surround so I figured I'd give them a shot. On an Intel i7 4770k with an SSD desktop that has nice performance running Windows 7 and only using the basic Windows driver that loads the headphones still disconnected randomly every few hours. It was exceptionally annoying and I returned them as a result.

Sound is good, mic is decent.....but do not buy for a kid. These things are built cheap and will break.

It plays sound through your ears which is nice. The cushion at the top of the headset is stiff, not cushiony, if it were comfortable I'd give it 5 stars.

the mic quality is isn't all that great and the sound isn't all that good either but its really good for what you are buying it for

Best Buy honors their geek squad protection plan however these headphones have broken twice with normal use.

Good for people just getting started with PC gaming but you get what your pay for, could be louder and more clear.

My son says the Logitech - G430 Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset - Black is just ok, sound could be better, but the price was good

Earcup connection broke after regular use. No rage quitting, headphone shot putting. Just putting them on and they snapped.

Cable's seem to break a lot on this model, I've gone through 3 in 2 years and I'm not sure why, I love it until I can't anymore.
