horrible head set. mic is super low even with mic volume turned all the way up.Wire shorts out. Heavy head set.. ears hurt within 15minutes. Rather use dollar store ear buds then these.

Every headset breaks on my giant head, on two pairs I've had them break right above the earphone when I was only taking them off. Go corsair for build quality

I bought this headset last year and I felt as if I made the best choice. The sound was great, and the mic quality was also great as well. No noise, no other flaws. The headset was also comfortable as well. Unfortunately an outside problem caused the headset cable to break, but it's no flaw of the headset whatsoever. These used to be around $80 when I got them, gladly they're on sale now. I am considering getting this headset again to replace my equally good but uncomfortable G230 headset.

My son is a huge gamer and we have always bought these headsets. We've tried other headsets in the past but they never really worked as good as these. We will continue buying them from Best Buy.

So I bought the G430s after reading the reviews and after testing them out myself... I gave them a 4 star. I like how you can go in and adjust the sound with the software you download. The surround sound sounds decent but the main thing the headphones are lacking is a little bass. Other than that, i give it a 4 out of 5

This headset is made for PC. And it works amazing on it, nice base and Really Loud. I use them 10 hours a day(I Mostly Listen to AudioBooks). This headset can be used to talk to on PS3 but you wont get any sound only talk to people online.On PS4 you do get 7.1 surround sound and can talk to your party.ive had mine for 1 year and I will buy them again if they Brake.

I have used a Turtle Beach PX21 headset for about two years off and on, often getting irritated by how uncomfortable it was, the cups not fitting well on my ears. This headset changes everything. The cups go over the ears and rest very comfortably, especially once they're dialed in for the size of your head (I've got a big noggin). The surround sound is virtualzed, but works very well. The mic leaves a little to be desired, I tend to speak softly and need to raise my voice sometimes to get it to pick up my voice, so I'd like to keep it closer. This isn't possible as it's got maybe a 15-20 degree angle before it flexes back. All in all, it's a great headset, goes well with my color scheme and rests comfortably for long gaming sessions. +Nice cushy ear cups that go OVER the ears +Great sound and even has surround capabilities +Nice blue color scheme +Toggle for mic on/off as well as headset volume +Super long braided cable that matches the colors of the headset +Headset links up with Logitech's G Software suite and allows for firmware updates and minor tweaking -Mic is a little picky about when it picks up voices, especially for soft spoken people -Cable can be a bit long, might suggest a light wrap to keep it tidy.

Some pieces crumbled, not cracked, but crumbled on the bottom side of the head band right around the screws above the ear piece that holds the two together.

USB doesn't work with xbox and no 3.5 jack to go into the controller. You have to get an adapter which Best Buy doesn't sell. Had to return it.

The sound is grainy and low quality, while the plastic is cheap and the padding unbelievably uncomfortable. Just a bad product. Invest in better

Instantly broke after 1 week of using it. Glad I had the insurance and could replace it to the other headset.

Rough on the ears was not impressed returned. Cost was cheap but not worth ended up returning and got Astro instead

The sound is awful. The mic is very cheap and people say I sound different. You get what you pay for with this.

I would say if you have bigger ears get the razer one so much more comfortable its night and day difference

I got these when they were on sale (black friday) for $35. When I got home I had to configure my sounds settings so I could use the mic with the usb adapter. The mic quality is crystal clear and blocks out unwanted noise. The sound from it is fantastic. The bass doesn't distort at all so music like dubstep sounds really good. Though I feel this should be closer to $50 more than $80 it is still worth it. Cons: Sadly there are some cons about this headset. 1) wired, I also feel the cord is a bit long but you can use this on console so it's understandable why they made it so long. 2) you need to configure your audio settings if you don't have an audio port. 3) to really configure it (like how much bass you want) you have to download some software from the Logitech website. Not a bad thing but can get a little annoying. 4) when holding it the speakers pivot (so it can fit it in a smaller space) and could cause you to drop it, and I feel it was a bit unnecessary to have them pivot. I still recommend this headset to anyone looking for a new one. If you don't want to spend the $80 the 230 is also a really solid option, it's just not surround sound.

This headset is awesome! I wanted a nice comfortable headset and found this. I didn't know what to expect but it is perfect. It is comfortable even after using it constant for hours. The sound is spot on and gives you the promised surround sound experience. I would recommend this to anyone trying to find a comfortable gaming headset.

Does not work with ps4. The website states it does but it doesnt, waste of time and money.

Right ear phone stopped working after 6 months of purchase. Wasnt even treated badly.

The headset works as advertised and is capable of plugging into a computer via the standard audio jack or a USB. The Logitech utilizes software that can be downloaded from their site which it claims is needed for best results but the unit will work without it. PS4 audio and chat is stereo as advertised and while better than the included set it is nothing to right home about in my opinion. You can raise the sound level high so it does add to the effects of gaming which is a nice touch. The mic is adjustable via some bending movement but does not always hold form very well. It can be annoying but I have not had any ill effects from this. Ear pads are easy on the ear but I would note that the pad for the top of your head is a little obtrusive for my taste. Overall it's a good set with a good price. I would recommend this product.

They worked great but all of sudden they stopped working. I can't hear anything.
