I recently purchased these speakers to replace an old Altec Lansing speakers I've had for a while that were starting to go out. I had decided between these and the Insignia NS-PSD5321 . I decided on these based on aesthetics. Sound is pretty decent for the size. Had to play with my computer to tweek the sound a bit but other than that they sound great. Really surprised. Really like the control pod. Great feature. Very pleased with this purchace.

Very easy to set up. Sound is full and clear. Remote on/off/ volume a big plus !

Fot the price, you get lots of volume. Sometimes inexpensive speakers have a "tinny" sound. That wasn't the case with these speakers.

Exceptional sound quality for small form factor speakers. Sub-woofer really puts out but is governed by computer on-board audio codec or card.

Hello, When I was researching for new computer speakers, I wanted something not expensive and that simply provided a more full and deep sound. I was totally surprised when I first tried these speakers, because I was nearly completely satisfied with my purchase. The only downside to these speakers is that the bass can sometimes sound too powerful, literally shaking the area around the speakers. Luckily, I have a high definition audio driver that allows me to "soften" the overall sound of the speakers, thus muffling the bass a bit. Kind Regards, LordWilly

good bass and balance, volume works well with no vibrations. I use this to listen to podcasts late at night, as well as CDs during the day.
