basic panini grill for a simple family

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the build quality for Cuisinart is good as always, this particular panini press was not what I expected for several reasons. It does not have an on/off switch -you will need to use the plug to control the power. Also, the plates get hot way too quickly without any sensitivity control. This product, however, still has a good price / quality value.

Got broken within couple weeks

A great purchase

I saw this item and it is also a sandwich/panini maker. This grill works great for sandwiches and grilling. The sandwiches only take a few minutes to make and they come out hot and tasty. I even use my healthy flatbreads and OMG they are good. The grill feature works great for smaller portions as I like to use the press feature but you can extend the grill out and double the size. All the fats go into the drip pan and the grills pop right out for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. What's not to love? Plus I got this on clearance in the store for $23.00 - what a deal. I love it.
