I Zoom a lot and others on my meetings tell me the sound is crisp and clear. The earphones provide very good sound to the wearer as well. Simple to use, just plug and play with my Windows 10.

I tried several head sets and this is the first one that really works well and allow me to have a trouble free conversation with my clients. Best Buy was great in delivering an excellent service.

Pretty simple to use - just place in charger, turn on, adjust volume. Great for when you don't want the sound of your TV to be heard, great for older folks who may have trouble hearing the nuances in the dialogue when watching TV or playing films.

Great headphones for the price. My headphone jack broke and I was in search of headphones that plugged into a USB port. These were perfect for the job. I will say after prolonged wear, they start to hurt my ears a little.

I purchase this headset because it was required for a remote customer service job. Good quality sound and the usb chord is just long enough to move around and not come out.

Cost effective and excellent hearing and voice quality.

My old headset used AV plugs - I needed one that worked off a USB so I could use it with my Surface Pro. It was pretty much plug and play - very comfortable - used it to record instructional videos - noise canceling was definitely effective.

i was in the market for getting a quick headset replacement for my ps3 for gaming. I've tried Logitech before and have never had any problems with their headsets at all. It was a good quick buy and still working in good condition

These headphones are excellent. The sound quality is perfect. My ears do get a little fatigued if I wear them for too long, but they were exactly what I needed.

Got this for my wife because she was having fits using bluetooth type headphones where sometimes it works w/one application and not on others...or we were constantly fiddling w/different drivers. She even had problems using AirPods. I always believed nothing beats wired connections with the exception of not being able to walk around during meetings. Oh well

I purchased these headphones for a student to use for speech to text voice recording. They do a perfect job of capturing the speaker's voice and also cancelling out much of the background classroom noise. Very useful!

This is a replacement for my headset that I used for work. It is almost exactly the same but the wire is much more flexible in this new one and hopefully it won't break like the old one did. Everything is working perfectly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little bit too tight on my head even though I have a very small head and after 7 hours using it for work my ears hurt from the pressure. I adjusted it every which way but it hurts no matter how I position it.

Excellent way to upgrade sound for zoom calls for a reasonable price.

Its a decent headset for the price. Comes with a volume switch so you can increase or lower the computer system's volume. It is sensitive if you bump your headset though. Otherwise its a great USB plug headset.
