Perfect for the heavy use of the headset

Don't buy the wireless ones, the frequency response is just as good if not better and no issue with batteries not lasting. Save the money and buy these!

Good for video calls

Would have been better if it connected to my land line as well. That way it can be used for both video calls on laptop and telecons on landline.

Awesome headset for call center

So u know the saying why fix it if it's not broken....I will continue to use these head sets because they are simply reliable and good quality sound.

Great comfortable headset

Better than Jabra

I like the mute/volume switch on the cable. It is easy to use and you can clip to a shirt pocket or seam to keep it in place.
