Make sure to keep cord unraveled. Headset could be sleeker in style. The reception is excellent, sometimes I leave the mic raised but verbal transmission is great. Of course that means background noise may not be as reduced as one would like but for normal business communication it is great.

Decent affordable headset

The mic records a little too quiet from my experience but I was able to boost it with software. This headset comes equipped with an 8 foot long cable so you have plenty of room to move around and the button to mute the mic is convenient.
