Good while they lasted

They worked one day and the next day nothing. They weren’t dropped, smashed, crushed or anything like that. I only used them several times to participate in trainings for work. Initially I was quite pleased with its these as they seemed like good value for the money for something I was going to use infrequently. Set up was easy - just plug and play. My Windows 10 laptop recognized them immediately. Sound quality was excellent and I was told the microphone clarity was very good too. Ear cups do hurt my ears after an hour. Too bad they stopped working and now I’m in the process of trying to get a warranty coverage through Logitech. Wish me luck.
