Purchased this headset as needed a new headset for working at home. This headset's build quality is great and haven't had an issue in the several months I've had it. Works great with Skype and MS Teams (over a VPN connection) and the sound quality's clear and the mic is quite sensitive plus it's comfortable for those long conference calls! Definitely a great value in a small package.

The sound is clear and it fits perfectly. It's easily adjustable as well so I can quickly slide the mouthpiece away as needed without removing the headset. The ear pads are so comfortable I could wear it all day.

This was a must for my work from home job. I plugged it right into the UBS port, and it was working within seconds. Comfortable fit, certainly a lower price than other options. As far as I can tell, the noise canceling actually worked because I was working with co workers and had people in the background lightly talking and nobody noticed.

This is a good basic wired headset. Love the pink blush color. Good sound quality. Good price. No compliants from clients. Plug in and ready to use.

Finally broke down and bought a decent headset for work meetings. These are great. Comfortable, reliable. The cord is long which is a plus, even though it gets in the way sometimes. Very happy with this purchase.

For communications through online applications through Skype, Lync or other such applications, I needed a durable wired headset which was reliable, had a volume/mute control on the wire itself and something clear. I bought Logitech wondering how it would be, fully intending on returning it if it did not work to get a higher end headset. I kept this one because it is absolutely amazing and would highly recommend it. Quality for Value, definitely impressive. Good job once again Logitech.

I needed a headset with microphone for personal communication as well as professionally conducting video conferences and developing presentation/demo videos - this headset provides all those capabilities and is very comfortable when worn for hours.

I am so pleased with the comfort - very comfortable, easy to adjust and great sound. The Noise cancelling microphone is a gem.

I bought this headset as a temporary replacement after my really expensive one broke. With that being said this product has been very sufficient and made me choose to just stick with it. It's cord has great range for starters. The noise cancelling mike is really good about drowning out outside noises. It only gets for stars because after extended wear the comfort is not great, still comfortable for the cost though.

I found the Logitech H390 USB headset after checking the reviews online. Those were done by experts in different fields, but they focused on pricey and trendy products, meaning they did not include headsets for my needs. I went to BestBuy and quickly identified the Logitech that fitted my needs and price point. It included the noise canceling microphone that I wanted for online courses and Zoom meeting. So far I have not gotten any feedback on how I sound on the other side, so I hope to get that done soon to find out if the sound-check is clear. From there I can figure out adjusting the microphone position. I do know that the audio is clear and crisp on both sides, especially comparing with other participants without any headphones, or those who need to regularly re-position their earbuds. My previous headset was about 12-year-old, double-wirer for audio and microphone (now so outdated!), with increased scratching interference. Installation was simple and easy. For me, the Logitech is a great choice at a fair price. Luck has it that there is a Best Buy a few miles from home, so the pick-up in store involves dealing with super helpful customer service people.

Exactly what I needed. Headset is not too tight - problem I had with last headset. Easy to change volume. Great purchase!

Excellent product. I have no complaints. Voice isolation could maybe be better but I was using a phone app and did not do the setting so not sure. Excellent sound and voice quality regardless.

Works Great! USB headset with adjustable microphone. Long chord with a red light that blinks indicating that you are muted. Others are able to hear me well and likewise. Leather muffs get a hot after a while but I just pull the phones up above my ears a bit and I can still hear my pears and callers.

Use a headset when you're on Zoom/Skype/Teams/etc! Ever notice how some people sound loud and clear and others not so clear? It's not the connection - it's the difference between a mic close to your mouth and one that is not focused on you! I prefer a wired headset over Bluetooth. Forgetting to charge up a headset can be a very disruptive pain. The cable is long enough to allow me to move around reasonably by my desk during a call. Mic and wire/mute/volume control are both on the left side. Some people prefer right side; I don't - a wire that drapes on the right side can interfere with my use of the mouse. I have a right sided Logitech headset at work - it annoys me... Mute button is recessed so I don't accidentally mute myself - however - I have accidentally turned the volume all the way down. Oh well. Comfort is good. Unlike a gaming headset - which I tried - I don't feel like my head is being crushed and I can hear what is happening in the world around me when I'm on call after call...

For the price it works very well it as a good adjustment range and good sound

My 10 year old son uses this as his main gaming headphone set and I feel that the sound range is excellent for headphones in this price range. It has a nice warm sound and it feels very comfortable. It took me a little getting used to the way the microphone is attached to the headset, since it feel a bit loose when you adjust it, but is simply moves over a ball joint rather than an axle joint.
