Great headset for the price. Sound quality is crystal clear and it’s comfortable for long duration. I use it for working remotely. Wish the headset had a softer cushion but overall it serves the purpose.

Sound is Great but the wire tangles up too MUCH! Have to take them off and untangle!!!!!

I have used many headsets. This headset caught my attention the last time I was in Best Buy. The Best Buy Associate highly recommended this to me. It is very comfortable. The sound quality is crystal clear and while making calls from my Softphone and Skype, call quality is amazing at the other end too. Highly recommend for a call center kind of environment.

I got this for conferences on Microsoft team, so I didn't have to call in using my phone, works great, good sound, and I haven't had any complaints about people being able to hear me. it has a separate volume and mute button and that has been helpful. I've already talked to my boss about getting some for some of the other employee's.

I've ordered over 20 of there headsets for my office and I've never gotten a complaint. Their comfortable, have excellent sound and the mic sounds great. They're pretty durable as well. Great value

I wanted something lightweight, but not minimal and this pair of headphone was a good size. I really liked the size and placement of the mute button. I lot of headphones have slider switches or something mounted to the earpiece. I bought this for use for a podcast that happened to be captured via a webcam and I didn't want the other folks to clearly see when I hit mute. It was also super-easy to mute the mic when I had to cough or something.

This headset is pretty good.It's lightweight, has decent sound, and decent audio, I bought these for work calls on Skype and they are excellent for this - good sound in and out, comfortable and easy to use. I also use them to access TV through i player, music through Spotify and movies from DVD and thay are good accross the field.

Good product, also ordered for pick-up, went through smoothly. It really is noise-cancelling and works wonders for call center representative jobs. It even has a volume adjusting button, so you don't have to click on your screen if you have a hard time hearing, would recommend to a colleague for work.

My sister picked out these headphones and she absolutely loves them. Very light and comfortable, with great audio and clarity. Highly recommend these.

I work from home and need a reliable headset for privacy. The sound is excellent - I am able to hear as well as be heard without any issue whatsoever. Immediate plug and play capabilities, even on my older computer. Awesome product for the price!

I bought this item as a quick replacement for the ones I had. I was traveling and forgot the receiver, Ugh. I ran to Best Buy and found these headphones. I took a chance, and I am so glad I did!!! These are better than my more expensive ones I had. The sound is crisp and clear. No static either. They are also comfortable to wear. Not too tight. I would say that this was a great investment.

Easy as 1-2-3! Just plug and play! I love it when technical accessories are easy. Listening to music is clear, no static and I hoping the same when I use for my video conferencing calls. The length of the USB cord is long and the headset fits comfortable over my ears. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I needed a headset/microphone with USB 2 capabilities in order to complete a college assignment. The application "Camtasia," by TechSmith gets its best results with a microphone plugged in via the USB 2 port. The headset was comfortable and the mic sounded perfect. The ability of the mic to flip up or down was helpful as I could put the headset around my neck and flip the mic to a position in front of my mouth. Great bang for the buck.

I purchased this headset because of the price and that the quality is better than I imagined. This is my 2nd purchase of this same headset. I work at home and my first logitech headset lasted 3 years with everyday use. That is very good for any headset and even better at this price point. You will not regret this purchase.

I bought this to replace one that had foam covers on it. This one has cushions but not foam. The foam covers on older headphones deteriorated and are difficult to find the proper replacements. The USB cord is long and has a volume control on it. This is a marriage saver. I can use my headset as headphones and not bother my wife. I use it on VoIP calls and everything on both ends of the call sound clear.

Most bang for your buck, noise cancelling is solid, lightweight and comfortable

Very good sound and comfortable fit. I don't tolerate earbuds well, and wanted a headset that I could wear for longer periods while maintaining good quality sound. This headset fills the bill. Haven't used the microphone, so not comfortable giving 5 stars when I don't know how it performs.

I've never had noise-cancelling headphones that really worked, and these don't, either. Still, I don't really NEED the cancelling feature so these are quite good for my needs. I use the headset for video lessons in my teaching, and the mic is very clear, the USB connection is convenient, and the headset is very comfortable.
