I have used my headset for multiple 3 hour classes (10 min break every hour) and 2 full day sessions. Headset is comfortable about an hour at a time. For extended periods of time, consider a one ear head set that gives you the ability switch ears and consider a wireless headset. Problems with the microphone. No instructions to tell you if the mic is muted or not - blinking light or straight light. Nothing on line that I could find. Mic worked in some sessions but not others. Still haven't figured out the muting.

Very clear mic, adjustable volume and mute control. Speakers are great as well perfect for virtual meetings!

I am in the phone al and day with work via VoIP and these headphines qork perfectly. They cancel out noise amd are sooo comfortable!

Purchased this headset when we all had to work from home. My older headset basically fell apart. Using with Cisco & MS Teams, and the quality is very good. Quality is better than a normal telephone (using the software my work provides). I wish the ear cups were a bit larger and maybe a bit softer -- but I have larger ears, and I'm spoiled by my Bose noise canceling headphones at home.

I purchased this specific set of headphones mainly because it would allow me to hear myself as I speak through them. My other set were noise cancelling and I found myself talking extremely loud because I couldn't hear myself speaking. I can confirm that this feature does work; however, even setting the mic volume at 1 still sounds extremely loud when I'm speaking. My biggest disappointment is that wearing these long term are not comfortable. You can adjust the headset up and down, but not width - which causes my head to feel tightly squeezed and my ears sore after an hour. If our firm officially moves to WFH, I will definitely be in the market for a different headset.

Soft around the ears, no pressure and comfortable. Great sound quality. Wearing them up to 8 hours a day.

The headset is very good. It works very well for remotely attending classes via Zoom. The delivery from Best Buy was 4 or 5 days later than Best Buy predicted. Given the pandemic I think we should make some allowance. Best Buy seem to suggest it was a delay due to the Post Office. But from the tracking the Post Office did not seem to receive it from Best Buy until after Best Buy had estimated I would receive it.

I needed a new headset for an online language course where a microphone was needed. This set works great. I also like the volume adjust located on the set.

Works fantistic. I use it for Zoom meetings and it stops any feedback from my computer. Great price too.

It's comfortable and doesn't hurt your ears, it east to hear and speak thru.

Needed to replace a 'cheap pair' of USB headphones. Picked these up and was not disappointed. Use with my PC and it works great. Good sound, easy configuration both in Windows and Linux. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that after awhile the headphones feel tight and there is not much play/adjustment. However, for the price I would highly recommend this item.

My Headset has worked very well when using it with Zoom and WebX sessions.

These headphones were not too expensive, but they have a good quality build and sound. I purchased these headphones only for use in Windows 7 with the dictation feature I tried them out with some music and they really sounded good. The only problem I have with these headphones is the cord is too long, but not really a complaint most people would have. The microphone is very very sensitive it picks up on every little sound. So if you are looking for something affordable entry-level for computer task these are great.
