Regardless of the plug, they work great for him. They would not work as easily on my newer MacBook air, but I use AirPods with the MacBook, so I guess I was not their target market for this product. That said, they are great for virtual classrooms.

Also doesn’t turn all the way, it’s a specific angle. Not so much on noise cancelling and other party can hear your background. Overall great bang for the buck.

The description is very accurate and both work great. When in the office, you can carry on a conversation without any outside distractions. When speaking have asked individuals how the sound is on the other end and they tell me there is no noise. Use the one at home when have to work from home and am able not to distract other conversations or individuals watching tv. Great buy for the price.

Good value good for WFH requirements

Only 4 stars because headset can get uncomfortable after a while and wire can get in the way when trying to type.
