This is my first pair of USB Headphones and I can say that Logitech delivered an excellent product for the price. I looked at much pricier headphones, and not having ever used those, the quality of these seemed to me to be as good or better than the more expensive brothers. Overall my experience has been very satisfactory.

This headset has clear chat, which works very well. Conversations are heard and are clearer than other headsets I've used. The only thing that is not the best is that they sit on ear instead of around the ear, so the pressure can be a little tight. But, overall it's a good headset for VoIP.

Pretty decent for the price, good for working from home.

The price on this was one of the cheapest offered at best buy. The sound is very crisp and even cancels some of the noise. They don't cover your ears totally though so it doesn't really cancel all noise out. Microphone projects clear voice and I havent had any issues at all.

Loud and clear is what you’ll get and hear and what people on the other end hear, excellent product if wired is ok.

I baught these for work, to use with Teams, they sound great, not tinny and no echo. Just plugged in laptop and worked with no issues.

Bought this and wanted a headset that has a microphone and the "over the ear headset". It does its job w/ the noise cancelation but the headset itself is NOT "over the ears" the headset reat on my ears as this is a "On-ears" headset, Very Misleading. Also, the button on the wire for the microphone is confusing as to on or off, theres no marking to identify on or off exceptfor a light and, no marking or instructions on the packaging either to explain the On or Off. But for the price and purpose of use its ok, but If you to waer all day, then maybe look for a true Over the ears headset.

This product is great. The headset DON'T warm up- very important! I used them for 3hrs I like the quality. The price is amazing! The microphone works very well. Yes, it's noise canceling. would definitely recommend this product!!

I haven't had any complaints so I assume it works fine. I'm no expert so the best rating I can give is good but it may very well be excellent - you'd have to ask the people at the other end of the headset!

Great for working from home, my wife seems to like them alot compared to some other brands like the Jlab ones.

Purchased this to use with my work laptop for meetings. What a great unit. The volume control is easy to use and accessible. The echo cancellation work beautifully. I highly recommend this unit.

I lost my headset I was using wind a with my older laptop. I used a separate RCA plug for both audio and microphone. I could not find a replacement. A salesman suggested using a USB replacement. He said that the computer would make any adjustments necessary. He was right. It works perfectly.

My wife uses this headset for her Speech Language Therapy work, and my kid uses for PC Gaming. It is light weight, noise reducing, AND/BUT you are not cut off from external sounds.

An affordable set of headphones with an impressive microphone. If youre on the fence, these are worth every penny.

Audio on my end is great, I have received great feedback about it from the other end of my meetings, everyone can hear me clearly I can hear every just fine. It was plug and play, no set up required.

My daughter needed a pair of headphones to keep at school to use with her chrome book. Going off of her whose 7 they work well and are comfortable.

A solid mid-level product that works as expected and sounds good enough to meet the need. We bought several to support an online media event and are completely satisfied with both quality and price.

I use these for my laptop when making Teams calls and attending virtual meetings online. They work great for what I use them for.
