    The R400 is a welcome addition to my ability to run meetings. The slide advance buttons are super-reliable and the laser pointer shows up well, even in higher-light situations. I love how the USB receiver slips into the hand-held unit, though I wish it snapped into place more firmly (it can fall out). Overall recommended.

    The conference room did not have a slide advancer and laser pointer. I bought this at the last minute for a decent price. Just plug and play.

    As a teacher who walks around a lot and uses powerpoints daily, this remote is great! The laser pointer allows me to highlight things my kids may miss or something I need to point out. I also love the ability to black the screen on the remote if I want them to pay attention to me instead of what's up on the board. It was a bit expensive but worth the price so far.
