Good Laptop with Some Drawbacks

The screen only folds back to 120 degrees, which limits flexibility, and it doesn't have a touch feature. However, everything else about it is great!"

False Offer - Doesn't work

I called best buy and when i got through to a human they gave me another phone number to call rather than transferring me directly. That phone number was expired but the message referred me to a third phone number. When I called that third number and got through to the speak to a human option, it was outside their working hours. Questions and answers for this product say the offer is expired so this is false advertising. What happened to people having pride in their business and professions?
