When I tracked down the email with the Apple TV+ redeem link and hit the button, it told me the link was expired. I called best buy and when i got through to a human they gave me another phone number to call rather than transferring me directly. That phone number was expired but the message referred me to a third phone number. When I called that third number and got through to the speak to a human option, it was outside their working hours. Questions and answers for this product say the offer is expired so this is false advertising. What happened to people having pride in their business and professions?

Cannot down load Xfinity application. Looking for exchange with Samsung tv

Needs more shows. Not much else to say have to take up enough character space

It an ok phone slow to tur on and slow charges over heats when charging

Some of the most popular apps X and Robinhood to name a couple don’t have apps for the Macbook never would have purchased if I knew this.

Not much into streaming and have not looked at it yet.

Just such a shame, buy Apple Watch nine series with cellular and join Best Buy plus. Was promised a four months subscription to Apple TV+. I’ve used three different codes and continue not to be able to activate it. So I called Best Buy tech, they passed me off Apple TV and then Apple TV said Best Buy’s Codes do not work as of now. I’ve spent well over $40,000 at this store and this is the first bad review I’ve ever had to give and what a coincidence for something free :-).

This item came with my purchase, but I have not used it due to the wearing down of my phone battery. I’m sure it was a great feature for someone who would love to have it. It’s not for me.

Didn't work. Apple really sucks at account setup it's why I won't own an iPhone or MAC anything.

will maybe get in the future to watch a few shows but no rush for the cost and what they offer

I created a new Apple ID to redeem this subscription after not being able to recover my ID from years ago. I downloaded the app on my Xbox Series X and it worked fine for about 4 hours and then Apple locked my Apple ID. I watched 1 show. Apple refuses to reactivate the account or even tell me why account was locked. Only response is they cant do anything and the subscription is gone.

For someone like myself who basically juat watches YouTube, I found apple tv lacking. I couldn’t find really anything that I was interested in to watch. I will give 5 stars for the value because it was free.

Horrible instructions! Unclear on how to set up access. Requires you to access apple TV 7 day free trial. Horrible customers service from best buy for this particular issue. I forwarded to 2 different people then told to call back. WHAT??!!!
