Don't trust Best Buy or Apple on this waste of tim

After 30min+ talking to four different best buy folks, Claire told me it isn't a Best buy issue and I needed to call Apple. After 20+ minutes on various transfers within Apple. They said I would need to contact Best Buy.

IDK if you have to HAVE an Apple device, Apple svc... nobody ever even explained how I'd even access this "free service" , so thank you for nothing I suppose.

I phoned Best Buy and they tried-- then gave me directions-- I tried that and gave up. Best Buy did say I could call Apple.

It was a freebie included with our recent purchase of the Lenovo LOQ Tower, but we don't use it. Same as the Xbox, it was included as well but we don't use it either.
