Can’t get in to redeem through email comes at error

It's hard looking to Apple TV when there is Amazon, Netflix

Could not get it to load on the site even though I tried a dozen times, so I never got to try it out.

Don't really care much for apple tv - not as good as others

I can't really evaluate this "item", which is actually a "service" bc I don't have a clue HOW to utilize it. IDK if you have to HAVE an Apple device, Apple svc... nobody ever even explained how I'd even access this "free service" , so thank you for nothing I suppose.

I have not been able to put in the code and get the free Apple TV. I phoned Best Buy and they tried-- then gave me directions-- I tried that and gave up. Best Buy did say I could call Apple.

Apple exclusive content is very limited. It is getting better but not enough to justify the monthly fees.

I have an existing Apple TV+ account and when I signed up for the 4 mo. free deal I did not get any credit. Useless offer

I'm not an Apple fan nor user so I'm not really qualified as a reviewer of this product. It was a freebie included with our recent purchase of the Lenovo LOQ Tower, but we don't use it. Same as the Xbox, it was included as well but we don't use it either.

Dont use to much due to having other streaming services

This is not a poor rating for Best Buy. I have always enjoyed apple news subscription. When I tried to renew my subscription apple decided to charge me $12.99 for the subscription. I was able to cancel the charge so all is good but I miss Apple News.

was never able to pull it up had it for about a week then after that couldn't get signed on called best buy and apple tv to no avail they were not helpful to get me signed on very disappointed still cannot sign on

I never brought a phone from best buy. Never had before.

I don't like apple tv, just not for me, really don't like that you have to sign up for apple tv just to watch friday baseball games

Apparently I dont qualify for this trial? How is that even possible. Calling corporate to sort out since Customer Service was not helpful.

Date: 04-13-2024 Would suggest "Not accepting" an offer like this. You will end up purchasing a subscription if you agree or not. They may state, "you did not notify us in writing" and continue to charge you. R. Stewart

The whole thing is a scam. Put my info in and it wouldn't even let me redeem it. Don't even bother people. Called Best Buy and they walked me through it. Went to redeem and Apple wouldnt let me redeem it.

So tired of paying a subscription for this kind of crap and then getting nickel and dimed to death for additional purchases, Definate no go for me!

The code didn't work. Total waste. I would never pay for any Apple product. It's a shame the code wouldn't work.
