This was the worst customer service. I called to make appt to have camera cleaned as per my protection plan...drove hour and half just to be told they don't clean them. The geek squad didn't seem to have a clue and the people at service number was total clueless. What is the plan good for if they don't honor it....just more money for them

This camera is excellent for shooting motion or anything high speed.

Never will i go without getting a geek squad protection plan on my things!

Had to get the warranty when you buy a 2000 camera.

This also covers the kit lens, so that alone is worth it for me. Two-years worry-free repair or replacement is also handy. For something as expensive and fragile as a camera, it's a no-brainer.
