I previously dropped the a6300 out of my camera bag and did not have the Geek Squad warranty. Fortunately Sony repaired the camera at no charge. However, I purchased the warranty for added protection on the a6500.

This service was amazing my camera was having difficulties with the processor and they fixed it on the spot.

I normally distrust insurance on electronics but Geek Squad is top notch and after using them for close to 14 years, I have never been disappointed.

Hope to never have to use it but seems like a good value

Don't usually purchase Geek Squad but glad I did for my son's new camera. Had a problem with it and they replaced it quickly.

I have not had to use this protection for my recently purchased camera yet, but I do want to say I appreciate the services rendered from Geek Squad in Woodbridge, VA. They have helped tremendously with fixing my laptop. I have no worries that if I have a problem, they will be able to support the need.

Always get a geek squad insurance / service with all my equipment. I’ve had to file multiple claims in the past and I’ve never had any issue.

I always buy protection plans with every electronic purchase. You can’t go wrong having an extra piece of mind just in case an accident happens.

I haven't had to use it yet but I do feel much more comfortable since it covers accidental damage. I know if this breaks it will be because a little kid knocked the tripod over or something.
