Terrible customer support, Do Not Purchase Plan!

I just called for Geek Squad support and was transferred to 6 (six!) different people who were unable to help me before I hung up in frustration. The first 4 were foreign and I could not understand them. They kept transferring me to the wrong departments and to staff that were unable to answer my questions and solve my problem. I will never purchase a protection plan from Best Buy again because you can't even get someone to help when you call in to customer service. The protection plan is worthless and just a waste of money if you cannot use it when needed.

I got this plan thinking I would save myself a lot of trouble and money, I was wrong. They want $200 for a replacement, there's no authorized samsung repair center anywhere near me so simply replacing the glass is out. I use this phone for work, so going without it for a week is also not an option. When I tried to use the web service for replacement it asked me for information for a carrier service that isn't on this phone. On the plus side, the phone techs were friendly enough and did attempt to help me.
