I love how easy it is to manage. But i wish i could download more apps

Geek Squad is a freaking JOKE! DO NOT spend the money for these *orons. They won't work on the laptop and don't offer any support. You will waste your money. I am now out $3,000 for the laptop that won't work and the support cost that they will not return. HORRIBLE service. Best Buy is HORRIBLE

Glad to know that i can being laptop in for practically anything. Feels secure that i can have laptop repaired at no additional cost.

I bought the 1yr Protection in case if anything happened to my com, but so far all good.

It's always easy doingv everything with BestBuy. From online shopping, picking up in-store. To walking in to troubleshoot your device.

I have had a contract with the Geek squad for several years and it was a good way to take care of an old computer, so I have kept the plan with my new one.

Not the best experience but VERY handy in case product doesn't function as it should. Great to have for consoles and pc or any heavy machinery

They saved me from destroying my brand new computer

I like that it provides a variety of protection at a pretty decent value: especially IF I don't have to pay a deductible should anything happen. I don't think it covers loss/theft. and it doesn't cover animal urine ( interesting note in the T&C) I don't have pets but might be important for someone w dogs/cats/nervous hamsters.

I havent needed the service for my most recent purchase but GeekSquad has always been my go to.

No hassle, quick turnaround, would highly recommend to anyone who isn't as careful as they should be!

I purchased a laptop for my granddaughter that's 7 years old purchased the protection warranty Laptop screen cracked Geek squad replaced it with a new one

I am very excited to have a computer that is protected by Best Buy's excellent service. I am giving it a 4 star rating due to the fact that Amazon offers the same protection but for a considerable amount less. I have not used Amazon, but I'm hoping to have a better turnout at Best Buy since they have a brick and mortar store to easily get to instead of mailing in your computer to Amazon.

Bought this for my daughter's school computer. She is not as careful with devices as I would prefer, and the Geek Squad protection is worthy. Have used it before and their service is always reliable.

Haven’t had to use yet but hope they are there when need them.
