Took my brand new laptop up here for the first time and got my computer optimized and more storage added onto it. The men there were very helpful and informative on some things I did not know after purchasing a gaming computer. Definitely recommend.

When my laptop had some issues, I could just return it get a better one with paying the difference. The first branch I visit did not honor this warranty, so I had to visit another one. It’s worth it but there could be some branches which try not to honor this.

Always get the warranty from Best Buy nothing like the peace of mind and ease of use!! I always get it for electronics.

So far the money I have spent has saved me a bunch of money. The only negative is during the pandemic getting service with out waiting a lot of time has been difficult. Also it is very difficult to schedule any time without waiting 1 week or longer. If you need help now it is almost unheard of. So this has been a problem.

Let’s me honest, you can’t just purchase an expensive item that you’re going to use on the daily and don’t think it may not breakdown or have issues with the technology. This warranty for my HP laptop is a peace of mind just incase my laptop needs a tuneup!

Highly recommend on computer products. It saved me an $800 MB and about 3 hours of trouble shooting. (wouldn't charge)

I always get a protection plan on technology because I actually had my TV (flat screen) start showing black spots during the warranty coverage and they gave me a brand new one because they couldn't fix it. Must have!

Comforting to know that I have the security and expertise of a knowledgeable team as I am not very familiar with computers. I had an issue and brought my computer to the team and it was addressed quickly and problem fixed immediately.

Always get a warranty with my electrical devices. I’ve had to take multiple devices that have broken within the two years and Best Buy will replace them or give a gift card for the amount paid. You only loose the money paid for the warranty.

Transferring all my data and getting my new laptop fully functioning within just a day was fantastic! They did a thorough job and quick help when we had to make one adjustment. love the Geek Squad!

I have always purchased Geek squad protection on every laptop I have ever purchased at Best buy and there have been many as all of us in the family use them and buy new ones every year to couple years. I have had to use the protection several times and was extremely happy with the service.

The wireless mouse is super easy to use i recommend it i dont regret buying it never give problems atall.

Geek Squad coverage has always been highly-recommended with every large Best Buy purchase of mine. I haven't had to put in a claim for this particular coverage (as of yet), but historically they have been very reliable and easy to work with.
