Great buy for the price and up to now very good product

My son had an issue with his laptop a couple months after I bought it & this purchase was perfect. I took his laptop into the store. The told me what the issue was & sent it off to get fixed. I got it back in the mail shortly after & it worked just fine

No issues so far. I havent used the services for my most recent product but i know the Squad is reliable.

Lenovo Yoga 7i 15.6. Sturdy laptop with premium construction and chassis. The I7 Evo processor from intel holds up well enough with some data basing and multiple active tabs. Gotta say definitely see a slowdown with any kind of simulators, games. What we all want is a 4K ultra book with a 1tb ssd 16 ram and Ryzen 7 processor with 450+ Nits of brightness. The brightness is mediocre in any kind of sunlight. I have returned this model for the 14 inch edition but it seems to have the same issues with brightness and ram. Lenovo don’t handicap yourself bring back the legion slim 7i and get thinkpad keyboards for all of your student, business and gaming laptops. Not trashing the build however it is not worth $1100 despite the overall build quality and reliability, this laptop has noticeable compromises in hardware and components. -T

This is worth getting for those of you who buy laptops TVs or any major electrical product that main require service in the future I highly recommend getting this anytime you purchase any item that may require service you'll be glad you did and we'll save you

Geek squad protection is a service that I am glad best Buy offers. When one of my Sony TV's went on the blink, an agent looked at it and determined that it needed to be replaced. The protection covered it totally.

Geek Squad has always been a good decision for protection with my electronics.

The agent's have been amazing in the past and I'm in the process of starting up my new laptop and I know "Patience is a Virtue" so having to wait a little bit longer than normal is not going to drive me crazy

Worth it. You never know what can happen. Also, support means that I can always have someone to talk to if things start going sideways.

The accidental geek squad protection is excellent when you are a person that needs to carry your tech everywher. The department offers excellent service and I believe that everyone that invests in technology should include this protection

Worth it for peace of mind on your more expensive items. I submitted a claim for a device nearly reaching its protection end date and Geek Squad took care of me quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Great warranty protection that must be purchased when you must use your product daily. In tim, something will break.
