Geek squad are a good source for when I am in need of face to face support

I haven’t used it yet, but I’m glad to know it’s there if I need it.

Returned a very expensive HP Spectre. Ultra book. Within 48hours the response was a full replacement was needed. They put in an order for a replacement which has to be shipped in as the store was out of stock. definitely take out the extra protection plans. Appreciate the reasonable response time.

Crucial protection for a solid investment. Like car insurance but practical.

Warranty works great, but disappointed when the cracked laptop screen could not be replaced and we received a store credit, which would have been fine, except to replace the laptop with the same spec was now $400 more for the laptop and more expensive to repurchase the coverage.

WHEN YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN NEXT. THIS PROTECTION COVER THE UN-EXPECTED. WHY GO TO SOMEONE WHO KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT NOTEBOOK WHEN THE GEEK SQUAD CAN COVER YOU FOR 2-YEARS. MONEY WELL SPEND.

I've been using geek squad for years. I got the warranty on my last laptop as well as my most current! They will have your back and try their absolute best to solve the problem!

Have not needed this support yet but it is great to know that I have it in case anything goes wrong. I have used it in the past for other products with zero hassle and is why I will continue to get it and shop at Best Buy.

I always try to get insurance if I can. I haven’t had the chance to use it yet but what it says it covers is at a reasonable price for what you’re getting and it gives you a piece of mind.

Got a 3 year warranty because a 1 year warranty was about $90 somethinggg & a 3 year warranty for my laptop was $130 something. I've used geek squad services in the past & have never been disappointed which is ehy i bought the warranty :)

Did not get a chance to use Greek squad yet for the this item but I have used them with other products and it’s soooo easy. They have fixed so many of my items and if it can’t be fixed you get a new item.. NOT REFURBISHED but new.

Geek squad got my computer up and running again. They kept me updated on the process and I received my computer when promised. The accident protection saved me from spending hundreds of dollars to fix my computer or having to buy a new one.

Warrenty is better than none ..in my way of work so at least its covered

Geek Squad is always there to answer any questions you have and can get you back up and running.

Geek Squad is a freaking JOKE! DO NOT spend the money for these *orons. They won't work on the laptop and don't offer any support. You will waste your money. I am now out $3,000 for the laptop that won't work and the support cost that they will not return. HORRIBLE service. Best Buy is HORRIBLE
