My son love the idea of getting his loptop fix if something was to go wrong

The Greek Squad was able to set up my computer in one day! We have not had to use any of their services yet, however gives a piece of mind if needed. We have policies on several other items and we have had to use this service. Always pleased!

Geek Squad is a freaking JOKE! DO NOT spend the money for these *orons. They won't work on the laptop and don't offer any support. You will waste your money. I am now out $3,000 for the laptop that won't work and the support cost that they will not return. HORRIBLE service. Best Buy is HORRIBLE

there's alot I can say about bestbuy warranties and geek squad services but I will stick to just 1 word awesome. with bestbuy their warranties are golden without any hassle and this is my first main reason for shopping at bestbuy

I am a small business owner so I always protect my computers with Geek squad. It allows me to not worry for 2 years about accidents or tech problems. Makes budgeting a lot easier and the repairs/replacements are no hassle.

They are always very helpful and the service is excellent. Would definitely recommend

I originally bought this because someone I work with used to work for best buy and swore by it. Used it for a screen repair had it back after about a week. There was a problem with the operating system geek squad worked with me and got me into another computer. Highly recommended it covers everything.

Just purchased a new PC and decided to get the extra coverage. My last Dell broke one day after the Dell warranty and Dell would not help me fix it without expensive fees. I would never go without coverage again.

Always get your insurance protection just in case something happens when you’re hard-core gaming on your gaming Laptop it’s worth it especially after spending all that money.

The guys are really helpful and I appreciate the effort they make to help rectify even the smallest issue. There are no silly questions as far as the Greenville, SC team is concerned. Appreciate what they do. So far very satisfied.

I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad protection. With my last computer, I actually needed my hard drive replaced so it paid for itself. I just wish the Technical Support protection wasn't so cost prohibitive, or I would get that as well.

Very happy with the Geek Squad service. I buy many items at Best Buy, SE 82nd Avenue, Portland, OR and most every item I get Geek Squad service. The service is great. Thanks to Best Buy and Geek Squad for providing excellent service.

Haven't had to use but great to know that we are covered if anything does happen. Bought this for my son's laptop and I have the peace of mind knowing it's protected. Have always had good experiences with Geek Squad in the past.

I didn’t need to use this when your protection this time but I have used them before and my two year product protections good insurance to have you never know when you’re gonna need it…

Did. Of get a chance to use Greek squad yet for the camera, but I have used them with other products and it’s soooo easy. They have fixed so many of my items and if it can’t be fixed you get a new item.. NOT REFURBISHED but new.
