Great deal just in case! I don’t know technology at all so help is always need for me! Thank god for geek squad!

Bought for my boyfriend for his birthday to cover laptop purchase. Our son accidentally wet it and was able to replace laptop. Then when replaced I purchased again to cover 2nd purchase.

The agents were helpful on the phone, and when I came into the store with an issue they addressed me promptly and is thoroughly as I can imagine anybody could or would. They were knowledgeable friendly and very accommodating.

I haven't used this coverage yet, but in my past experiences with using it I have had positive results. The Geek squad guys are really good with what they do. They always offer great customer service and a quick turn around on fixing all devices

Help me get a replacement for the computer I bought no cost because I had the plan backing me

Have not used as of yet. Great insurance to have. Kid is 10 hours away at Wartburg College, so gives us some piece.

So far so good. Laptop came with problems and they helped us out.

So far no help has needed since i purchase it. Everyone has enjoyed the product since i bought it!

So far Gook Sqaud has helped each time I have asked for help after we got off to a very slow start last year when I bought my TV. Getting my TV installed was not easy and it took a number of months to finish the installation.

I'm not saying i'm clumsy or that I'm prone to accidents, but, it helps my peace of mind to have protection on my electronics. For a few cents a day, I'm covered for most every type of unfortunate mishap. To me, that's a deal.

Great to have thw knowledge that if something happens.that my laptop is covered.

This protection was just what I needed to protect my computer would buy it again

the service center sticks and items always get sent back to the stores and are not fixed properly but the insurance is worth it if you can deal with the hassle.

The 2 year Geek Squad protection plan is a great value.

I always buy protection plans from Best Buy. My grandson laptop was damaged and Best Buy replaced it with no questions asked.

Purchased a long with a new computer and it feels great to know my wife will have insurance for anything that might happen

I would never buy any computer items or computer without purchasing the Geek squad. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions I have when there seems to be a problem or I just need more information.
