Haven't Had the Need For This Yet, ALTHOUGH it Seems My Laptop Audio Jack Port Isn't Working , So I'll Bring It In Sometimes And Hope They Can Fix It. It's an expensive Laptop So Accidental Protection Is A Pretty Good Idea For Me

Have not used this. However, a few years back I spilt an entire cup of coffee on my new dell computer. Split the usb plug-ins I bought this protection in case I did something dumb again. Lol

I got a great deal on a Laptop! It has been a long time since I set up a new computer so I had the Geek Squad do it for me. They were right there at Best Buy and did a wonderful job. Thank you Geeks and Best Buy! I know I will get any help I need and you are just ten minute away.

Purchased plan for computer and have not used it yet but I must say that I feel safer just having it after what happened to the last computer we purchased. Have been very happy with Geek Squad protection in the past.

Essential for any electronic device . I feel less stress knowing my device is protected .

My yoga laptop wasn’t charging and the service of the geek squad fix it at no charge because I have the extended warranty program.

Learned the hard way when a one year laptop got black screen of death so on this purchase I took out the plan. Hope to not need it!!

I got this for my laptop, it is a little pricey but worth it because you never know what could happen.

Its always good to get one ,you don't have to worry about replacement, they will make sure you get your product with no problem its fast with no problem, there on point ,I get one with everything i buy

This is a must with kids!! Having my kids doing school from home means they are all over with their devices. As they transition back to school I want his device covered for anything that can happen here or there.

There is nothing i dont like about this laptop. Fast powerful and easy to use.

I have purchased a warranty with all of my computers and electronics and the Geek Squad always provide excellent service. I have no doubt or concern about dropping my equipment off to them for service. Well worth the money.

I was concerned about some new features on my laptop, and the staff were able to walk me through setup and usage. They helped my rectify a few minor issues with the battery and charging as well. Really knowledgeable.

my computer unfortunately had some fan issues but i took it to geek sqaud and got it fixed took a while but job well done
