This was an easy decision thanks to (Ash) the associate who educated me on it. So many benefits that come along with coverage so I would highly recommend to any Best Buy regulars or bug tech buyers.

After having my Chromebook for three weeks the screen was accidently cracked. I took it in for repair and they had it back in a little over a week. Nice job Geek Squad!

Fast for gaming and graphics work, but runs SUPER hot. You need a well-vented space to work in. DO NOT use it on top of a comforter or other soft surface. The heat buildup will actually hurt you when you pick it up again.

The Geek Squad is amazing, I brought in my laptop for a "tune up" and the team cleaned it up and updated programs as needed. Brought in the laptop again after 1 year to have Office 2019 and Webroot, again the team did a great job.

They are always on top of thing and do there best to get things done

I get the warranty service on all of my more important and larger products. Makes repairs and replacements much easier.

I have had this protection for my last computer and when screen went black they fixed it in a timely manner as I needed it for school. Have not had to use with new computer but I know if I do they will do a outstanding and timely fix.

If you have a kid? It's worth it! Reassurance that there is some protection.

How can you buy a $1400 laptop, and not purchase the Geek Squad warranty? Just the fact we have this coverage is saving me from some hair loss.

I try to buy protection plan with all my purchases. It has always worked out for me when I have problems. It's worh the monies.

The accidental protection is a must. Had to use it the first for a broken chrome screen. They were not able to replace the screen so I got a full refund to use towards the purchase of a new

LOVE this little chromebook. Has a great battery life, easy to use and take with you. My ONLY complaint would be that the keys are white and the imprint a light gray so they are not necessarily easy to identify, would be better if imprint was black.

Had to use this to repair a laptop, A must have for those unexpected errors or.... who know how that happened? Get this or beware. Don't be left out in the cold with a dead pc.

Warranty always recommended I’ve bought things other places had a problem had to mail in most things at Best Buy you go grab a new one worth the money
