Having 1-year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan gives me peace of mind. I have it for my Asus Chromebook. I am very careful with my electronics but accidents do happen. Now I am covered.

this is a must for any child that is required to bring laptop to and from school. This gives parents and children a little relief from being super nervous when transporting to school.

Had to use the 1 yr protection twice in the first couple months of buying the Lenovo laptop. Damage was documented as “dropped” but it was not. I was sitting in the room as the laptop was closed after use and cracked. Now the 1 yr protection is exceeded, even if the same issue occurs rather than charge the manufacturer for a defective item. Technicians were always polite. Service messages were timely.

They were very kind by helping pick a laptop that best fit my needs and made an easy purchase for me!

The Geek squad is always available to fix your electronics. They always fix my computer and install software. You can bring your computer to them as many times as needed.

I purchased the 3-year protection plan for my new ASUS laptop for peace of mind. If I have any issues, the repair is free and if it cannot be repaired, I'll get a brand new laptop. I believe that protections plans are very necessary for all electronics.
