Over all their work that they did to the laptop was fairly decent but some of the things that I asked them to look over and help with didn’t get done and I had to contact tech help on my own to figure some of the things out also the timely fashion of things getting done

great for travel & light use. Able to get all my emails and all work related duties done on it.

A must have extra protection just in case you need it

Yes get your three-year protection for any device to buy never know when or if that device will take a big dump on you and you out thousands of dollars.

Bought an expensive computer that started having audio hardware issues within a month if it ending. Geek squad sent it off and repaired it for freeeeeeeee.

I decided to go ahead and purchase this for safety reasons. Didn’t know if I should with the cheap laptop. I hope it came or will come handy one day... may have to get longer plan later ??!!??

This protection is definitely worth the price considering controllers are easy to develop issues.

I typically do not purchase a warranty on devices but this was a great value and they will fix essentially anything that can happen to my laptop. It worths the cost!

We buy a geek squad plan on most products we purchase from best buy. Have not always needed to use it but so grateful to know the option is there. When I have needed to call geek squad for help on a product I am always happy with the assistance I receive.
