Use Geek Squad for computer problems from help setting up a new computer to problems with current laptops, Always helpful & friendly service. Easy to make appointments on their website or drop off at the nearest Best Buy store.

Greek Squad service in 2021 was awesome. You pay for what you want to protect and it wasn't a yearly plan.

I would recommend this to anything you feel like is a big purchase. Labtops. Certain TV. Etc. There a good company. And I trust them. They've install my Audio and my Subs in the car. And its just where I go for All my Electronic and Everything Needs.

Insurance.. need it so you don't go broke with repairs, but always unsatisfying and a hassle to use, and adds significantly to the cost of any purchase.

Read the fine print. If they decide, at their discretion, to replace the covered item, rather than repair it, they will issue you a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. However, the fine print states that in that case, their obligations for the extended waranty ar3 fully satisfied. Meaning, while you will get a store credit to buy a new device, your new device will not have the extended waranty. If you want that, you will need to pay for it again again. Basically in my case, i prepaid $309 to allow me to return my defective machine after the return period expired. I have a new machine, but i have no extended waranty, and less storage due to pricing and feature differences for in stock items. The terms stated in the simplified description are misleading and i do not recommend this service.

It actually works but it’s too expensive to activate another one year

Great purchase at a great price. I look for this item everywhere an it was way expensive but wit best buy I get a great deal. Cant' wait to keep purchasing from Best Buy.

I purchased the additional protection with Geek Squad to be sure I did everything I could to protect my investment...now nearly two years later I'm happy to say I never had need to use it.

Gerk Squad is good to have, especially when you are on a budget. We all knows things happen at times and occasionally break down. But with Geek Squad the will either fix it or replace it.

I purchased Geek Squad protection plan about five years ago when I purchased a Toshiba laptop. I got great service then, so I purchased again with my Lenovo laptop.

Have used Geek squad for help a few times both at home and in store. Found them to be knowledgeable, courteous, and ready to make sure your technical needs are met.

Very Sleek, and compact, yet the screen seems huge. The built in camera is excellent,a s well as the sound. The picture is super clear, and has great detail. Best computer I have owned!

Haven't had to try this so far but had previous experience with geek squad that was great
