Geek Squad took my laptop for a month, then returned it, having "replaced the motherboard". The battery, which was fine when I gave it to them, will not hold a charge; they wiped the SSD (for a motherboard replacement?), and Best Buy online support blew me off, saying to contact the manufacturer.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These squats pretty good. But one time I sent my laptop in and an arrow key fell off. They put in the space bar correctly, but the backlights were broken by the end of it, and the arrow up key fell off.
