You can always get a replacement with geek Squad protection.

Always get the extra protection for my products, especially the higher end, more costly items. Geek Squad has always done great for us.

Knowing that bad things can happen at any moment, it is always assuring that something valuable is protected with a protection plan, and at a decent price.

Protection from careless teenagers. Better to have this if your teenager doesn't understand that Electronics are expensive to repair.

The geek squad sets up all new computers and keeps all our family technology working efficiently.

I paid 3 years Greek squad protection for accidental damage. I visited three geek squad for at least 3 times and they were unable to do anything for me. They made me purchase more items which never fixed my problem. Later they asked me to leave my laptop for 4 to six weeks so they can take it to a third party to fix. Then they told me they will be unable to transfer my data and I have to do it on my own. My question is, why do you sell protection and support of you are unable to do it.

Couldn't ask for better one stop service on Computers, IPads, Phones. Always available to help.

I think this is great. Everything's covered, including my dog using it for a chew toy.
