    This protection plan really helped me feel like I was fully set for any situation my device goes through instead of feeling that panic when I realize my laptop is a little too close to that ledge of the table.

    1-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Who wouldn't want protection on such a great laptop. Only makes sense to buy it.

    We've purchased these plans for a couple of laptops (used for kid's college). Also, for some home appliances. The plans are well worth it. Our local Geek Squad reps have been pretty responsive any time we've had issues. It seems stuff doesn't hold up as well as it used to, so we've gotten our money's worth from these plans.

    Haven't needed yet but they were helpful when i decided to add plan after i left store. Not computer savvy so knowing i can call anytime is a blessing.

    Its always a great buy, my screen got busted and best buy geek squad took care of it and in only 6 days my laptop was as good as new, love this accidental plan warranty, you guys are the best!!!

    I buy all my electronics from Best Buy and always add the Geek Squad services. They are well worth it and have paid for themselves, over products that I have purchased in the past.

    I have had excellent experience with the Geek Squad any time I had interacted with them. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none while the friendly Customer Service is absolutely amazing.

    I got this for the Nintendo Switch that I got for my daughter. Considering the preponderance of cracked screens on all her electronic devices, I was happy to pay for the added protection as it is not a matter of "if" but a matter of "when" she breaks yet another of her devices. That said, we have not had to use this service (yet) but my past experience with Best Buy leads me to believe that I should not have any issues when I inevitably need to service the Switch.

    Agents were able to explain the protection plan to me as to how it will work. That if I lose my receipt, I can use my phone number to look up the plan.

    Its always a good idea to get the protection, try to think about how youre using the product and the environment it will be in. For my mose costly electronice i always have them plugged into a ups that has automatic voltage regulation. I would like to see a better assessment of coverage options. Most just go by cost of the product, but if they really stood by quality of the items being brought in , that would provide a better scheme for coverage options.

    When I purchased my laptop computer from Best Buy I had alot of questions and Mr. Kyle was a very helpful and knowledged based employee who helped with with my purchase and answered all of my questions for the accidental Geek Squad Protection, I would highly recommend Best Buy in Wilson, NC and the protection plan it has been well worth it. Thank you again Best Buy! You guys are the best.

    They didn’t want to replace the screen because of it being an older version. I had so many things on there and I’m not even sure anything was backed up. :(

    I have always purchased the warranty service plan with the Geek Squad anytime I buy anything electronic or washer, dryer, stove, freezer, refrigerator, computer and they have never let me down. They answer all my questions, fix what needs to be fixed and they are fast at getting the job done. Would not hesitate purchasing when necessary.
